Moe Hutt
Moe is a principal consultant at Meritage Talent Solutions, is highly skilled at evaluating and enhancing talent acquisition programs, especially as they align with company culture and budgets. She has designed and implemented enterprise intern, employee referral, contingent workforce and recruiter training programs. From drafting recruiter service level agreements to managing the launch of a new employer brand, she specializes in striking a balance between creativity and efficiency.
After 15 years in talent acquisition, Moe knows what it is like to barely have enough time and resources to react much less plan strategically. At one point, she took over five programs to bring them up to speed, simplifying processes and gaining executive commitment.
Moe cofounded the first conference
dedicated to talent acquisition operations programs and project professionals -
TalentBlend. She is also a VP for Event Content at recruitDC, a recruiting
community based in Washington, D.C.
Her other passions include reading and playing superheroes with her 5-year-old son.
